1. Acceptance of Architecture

By accessing the Inbondz web platform, subdomains, or any software distributed under our brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these provisions, please disconnect from our services immediately.

2. Software Ecosystem Tiers

The Inbondz ecosystem operates on a hybrid deployment model:

Edge Computing Tools: Our client-side, browser-based tools are provided ad-free. The open-source components of these tools are governed by and enforced under the MIT License, as documented on our official GitHub repositories.
Native & SaaS Ecosystems: Server-backed operations, proprietary native software, and future Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products operate under distinct commercial models. These services may be offered as freemium, premium paid tiers, or ad-supported experiences.

3. Limitation of Liability

Inbondz provides its software and analytical tools strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Statistical outputs, geometric calculations, and system analytics are provided for informational and structural purposes. Inbondz is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our architecture.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly marked with an open-source license, all digital assets, branding, and proprietary codebases remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inbondz. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution of proprietary modules is strictly prohibited.
